Despite the name, this contains three PSP games: LCS, VCS and CTW. Playable on PSP, PS Vita and PSTV. PS2 disc - the best version of the game. Fixes a glitch where vehicles disappear from garages, has a higher frame rate, better controls and extra USJs and rampages. Can be played on PS2 and PS3s with four USB ports in front.
The reason you are unable to change the resolution in the screenshot above is because you can't change the Screen Resolution while you are playing the game and a save file is loaded. If you want to change the resolution, you should change it before choosing to load a save file when the game starts and it should change without an issue.

GTA Vice City Stories, beautiful game. If you want to revisit a Vice City that's been improved with care, play this. : r/GTA. PS2 hardware still exists. I completely agree with your point though. PS2's tend to break easy and the pandemic had driven prices WAY up on retro consoles (I bought a bunch of slims for way cheap a few years back).
