Calculate the original radio key code for your Ford Mondeo by providing the serial number you can find on the radio screen or label. OK, there is something you can try if you have the radio code for the car. The display can sometimes be reset by disconnecting the battery for around five minutes and then reconnecting again. This allows the capacitive charge in the display to deplete and can sometimes get it working again.

6000CD Radio reception problems. FM radio reception is fine when the heated rear window is turned off. Turn it on and the signal nearly disappears, but only on some stations. It sounds like the aerial has been removed or or the aerial plug is not connected properly . The heated front screen has no affect at all, only the rear.

Ford CD 6000 code input problem - Adam {P} If your code was 3452 then it would be tempting to press those buttons but you would in fact press 1 three times, then the 2 button 4 times, then the 3 button 5 times etc.. Then the 5 or the 6 button to enter the code. I can't remember but I think it's button 5.

Hi, my radio doesnt seem to be able to pick up any stations. the radio display is perfect and you can search etc for stations but nothing is ever found. the cd player works fine with no faults. any ideals chums? ps. have checked all fittings, plugs, fuses and leads to the radio and all are fine.
