Just thought I'd let you know, since it took me forever to figure it out, where you find the End Movie tool in map editor, since it is the last step needed for validation. The End Movie tool is found under objects -> add objects -> gameplay -> game modes -> global.
Ubisoft posted a video which looks at some of the best Far Cry 4 community made maps. i have only played the arena mission that are part of the SP story! Once I've 100% the entire game (including those things that arent included; loot boxes, etc). But this is very enticing! The map editor is awesome.

Go into the multiplayer menu and click left stick to go into "My Setup". Then click "My Maps" From there you have a list of all your custom maps and you have several options with them, one being to "make available online". Once it's available online, you can publish it (so everyone can search for it).
