ford focus 1.8 tdci 2008 problems
Hey guys hope you dont mind me piggy backing on this post im after a name of a part on my engine its a 2005 1.6tdci Ford Focus it think it called the vaccum pump not sure but had to change the breather pipe as in picture because of an oil leak and is now sorted but once cleaned the oil off i noticed a leak on what look like a seal where the arrow is pointing does any body know the name of thisProblem with your 2008 Ford Focus? 2008 1.8 tdci auxiliary belt alignment help please. hi new here so any help is much appreciated. i recently replaced the alternator on my 2008 c max 1.8 tdci. however i forgot to check how the old aux belt was threaded/alligned. closes info i could find is a pic. my is the same with the duel tensioner that you need a bolt in the back to loosen
Ford Focus (1998 - 2004) - 04 1.8 TDCI (100) Dual Mass Flywheel (again). The question I'm hoping for an answer to is what causes a DMF to fail? This car is now on its 2nd replacement DMF in 52,000 miles (1st replaced by dealer under warranty at approx 38,000 miles, 2nd at my expense by an independant specialist at 52k).
